Three of four concert venues are trolley-served. Gallagher Square sits by the Gaslamp Quarter and Park & Market stations, the Civic Theatre is a short walk from the Civic Center stop on the Orange and Blue Lines, and Waterfront Park is walkable from County Center/Little Italy. For those three, the trolley genuinely beats paying $15–$40 for downtown event parking.
Pechanga Arena is the exception. It is not on a trolley line. Your options are the on-site lot at $20–$30, MTS bus routes along Rosecrans and Sports Arena Blvd, or the venue’s designated rideshare zone. Arrive 45–60 minutes early either way, since lot backups on Sports Arena Blvd are routine for arena-capacity shows.
The Ramona Rodeo is a drive — roughly 45 to 50 minutes northeast via CA-67, with $10 cash-only parking and no re-entry once you leave. And if you are heading to Gallagher Square, use the Balboa Gate on J Street, which is not the entrance you would use for a Padres game.
